| Conditions:- 1. Flights and transfers We offer transfers from Alicante airport each Saturday leaving at 12:00, with a further collection at 18:00. The 18:00 collection will have a surcharge of 25 euros per person for the return journey. The return transfers will arrive at the airport at 09:30 and 13:00. Transfers outside these times can be arranged from either Alicante or Valencia airports. Please ask for a quote. Deposit and payment schedule:- To make a reservation a deposit of 100 euros is payable at the time of booking. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the holiday commencing. Cancellation. Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another holiday if the cancellation is received prior to 45 days before the holiday starts. Once full payment has been received we levy cancellation at the following percentages of the holiday price, depending on notice given :- 30 - 22 days - 50% 21 - 14 days - 75% 13 - 07 days - 90 % 6 days or less - 100% PLEASE NOTE. When making payment, Spanish banking regulations do not permit the use of DEBIT CARD for non electronic transactions. We can only accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards for holiday payments. Travel insurance:- All participants in our guided holidays must have a comprehensive travel insurance and also the European Union health card (For all EU members). - Holiday participation. Any disability or health issue requiring special attention must be advised at the time of booking. It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have the correct level of fitness for the holiday they wish to join. Once the holiday is underway we reserve the right to exclude any person from further participation if we consider that the person is putting themselves or other members of the holiday at risk. Most special dietary requirements can be catered for but must also be notified at the time of booking. - Dietary Special requirements We are unable to guarantee to fulfil any special dietary requirements unless we are notified at the time of booking A completed booking form must be returned for all reservations.
