When making payment, Spanish banking regulations do not permit the use of DEBIT CARD for non electronic transactions. We can only accept Visa or MasterCard credit cards for holiday payments. Travel insurance:- All participants in our guided holidays must have comprehensive travel insurance and also the European Union health card (For all EU members). - Holiday participation. Any disability or health issue requiring special attention must be advised at the time of booking. It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have the correct level of fitness for the holiday they wish to join. Once the holiday is underway we reserve the right to exclude any person from further participation if we consider that the person is putting themselves or other members of the holiday at risk. Most special dietary requirements can be catered for but must also be notified at the time of booking. - Dietary Special requirements We are unable to guarantee to fulfil any special dietary requirements unless we are notified at the time of booking A completed booking form must be returned for all reservations.
